Legal Question in Technology Law in Wisconsin

''intimate'' content, and publishing it on the net

I'm trying to make extra money. I've got a lot of pics of my ex-fiance that I want to charge people to view on my website. I am not using her real name. Assuming she does not approve of my actions, is this legal since they are, in reality, my personal property?

What planet are you on?! How did making extra money at her expense become a good idea?

This is a TERRIBLE idea, and one that will definitely cause her grief and probably cause you to be sued.

You don't write that she gave you written permission to sell her likeliness and profit from it.

I assume they're pornographic, but even if they're not, this is a very bad idea. Sell pictures of yourself, sure. Sell pictures of someone else, bad.

Even if she didn't object at some time in the past, you'd better have a written released or you might have to fork it all over to her.
