Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Wisconsin

Selling large store display statues

Ten years ago, my brother-in-law was working for a animation retail store. At these stores they have large displays that incude statues of the characters. The store manager gave my brother-in-law two of these statues when they were finished with them instead of destroying them as they usually do. He in turn gave the statues to me. Can I sell these statues?

Re: Selling large store display statues

If you know the statutes were obtained legally and not stolen by anyone, then they were a legal gift to you and you may dispose of them as you see fit.
