Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I will like to now what i can do bout going back to court....I was put in jail for 12 years and on my case i was not picked out of the line up and they say it was only two people that rob them. And they got two finger prints. But wasnt anything that had to with the case came back to me. Im on the streets and dont get off prorale until 2014 and it feel like im still locked up! So what can i do to get back into court.

Normally, one files an appropriate motion in order to be heard in court again for most, if not all criminal-defense issues. And, for the love of God, please hire an attorney to write it for you. Good luck.
