Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
In Wisconsin is there a provision, or whatever, similar to Penal Code �1203.4 in California that would allow a person to go back to court and ask for a dismissal after completing probation? I was granted probation as punishment for a case 17 years ago and it haunts me.
