Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Adoptee right to contact

I am adoptee who has recently discovered birthfather who I have had communication with. Birthfather is of alleged status but has admitted to paternity. He has not disclosed my identity to his children. No DNA testing has been performed. Since birthparent's children are adults, would my contacting these half siblings without permission from birthfather and his wife be within legal ramifications? This would be on a one-time basis on my part unless communication is agreed upon by the other adult half sibling.

Re: Adoptee right to contact

Consenting adults need no ones permission to contact each other.
