Giving child last name at birth
My ex kept my last name after divorce. She is pregnant with another mans baby. Can she give the baby my last name instead of the real fathers name or instead of her maiden name?

Re: Giving child last name at birth
She may give the child any name she wishes including her current surname, her maiden name or the father's name. There is nothing to preclude her from doing so.
