my husband soon to be ex has a lawyer, and I do not . Managed to get a change of placement for the kids on something that never happened and now has accused me of abuse when he has a violence history. no charges were filed but the police told me that the D.A was going to get a letter from them recommending this. This cop and Tom have harrassed me since change of placement took place, always the same cop even when things were 50 miles from him, he was the cop involved, now there is a restraining order so that I can not see the children based on this same person what can I do ???? Can I get a restraining order against him???

You do not provide sufficient information to respond. Communication regarding the children would not be considered harassment in most cases and contacting police regarding legitimate legal issues would also be insufficient.
