mobile home purchase
what are my options? i purchased my mobile home 2 years ago this month. a building inspector was out (noted water present beneath the home) and a plumber was out to inspect the plumbing and i was told that everything was fine. yesterday, a man came out to give me estimates on new flooring and after going under the trailer (and showing me what he discovered) my home is no longer structurally sound. there is massive water damage to my entire home and due to slow leakage and unprofessionl repairs. it will cost more than the trailer is worth to fix. have i any recourse at all? or am i simply screwed?

You may have some litigation options depending

upon the representations and warranties which were

given in the sale. I'd need to see all your
