Legal Question in Employment Law in Wisconsin

age discrimination-age 47

Could it be age discrimination if I am terminated for a change my manager decided on (not a company policy) that he reeducated two younger workers on but then days later fired me without reeducating me? This function had been allowed without retribution for many years prior to this event.

This manager was targeting me as he sent abusive messages to me on the compnay e-mail system that he openly copied fellow employee's using language that was extremly unprofessional

It could be age discrimination but more facts are necessary to evaluate whether or not you have a claim.
