They never asked about criminal history

I filled out an application and went to an interview with six people and was never asked about my past criminal history. If I were to be fired because they find out my past is this considered wrongful termination?

Re: They never asked about criminal history

In Wisconsin it is generally illegal to terminate someone because of their criminal history, unless the basis for the conviction is directly related to the job.

For example, a bank teller can be terminated for a prior embezzlement conviction.
