injured
the washer sub-pump backs up leaving water all over laundry room floor.it froze and i fell. i'm 5 months pregnant.

1st: why isn't you Husband doing the laundry?
2nd: call a plumber to fix the pump and send LL the bill.
3rd: see your doctor and if there are any medical problems sue your LL via a PI atty. (Hint: they're on TV all day long.)
