Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

I was injured at work by my boss-and wonder if I should pursue anything

There was an accident on the job site with machinery. My boss hit me accidentally and my leg was broken. I have been receiving workman's compensation checks since the accident happened and all of the hospital bills will be covered by them. It is going on four months now since I have worked. My bones are healed, but my muscles and tendons are all messed up still. My boss has been bothering me about when I will be back to work. My doctor has sent me to physical therapy and says that I'll be off from work for at least another month.

Everyone keeps telling me to get a lawyer and sue, but I don't know if I even have a case.

My question is if you think that there is even anything to pursue, in your professional opinion.

P.S. I recently found out that the machinery that hit me is supposed to be kept at least 200 ft away from any workers.

Thank you for your time.

I do not practice workers compensation law. I suggest you call Attorney Thomas Domer at 414-967-5656. He does nothing but workers compensation work.

Good luck.
