Our business concerns the fixing of trucks, vans and autos. I am putting a warranty disclosuer on the repair invoice but don't know quite how to word it.

Re: wording for work performed which carries a warranty

I suggest you speak with a lawyer that practices corporate law and whose firm defends products liability matters. My firm practices only plaintiffs' side personal injury matters. Thanks.

Re: wording for work performed which carries a warranty

Our firm handles personal injury cases and we do not handle the type of legal matters that you are inquiring about. I could give you some names of qualified attorneys who might be able to help you, if you wish to give me a call. Otherwise, I would check the yellow pages or call the Milwaukee Bar Association or the State Bar of Wisconsin and ask for thier Lawyer Referral Services to find an attorney who has registered with them to handle your type of case. Best of luck to you.
