Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wisconsin

Insurance/Will

If an insurance policy has a principle beneficiary and specifically states ''p.b. to distribute funds according to will'' but deliberately fails to produce will and wants to keep money for self what recourse is there available? Deceased has 4 children that he was not in contact with and 3 siblings that he distributed stock to in past who are more than likely the will would have alluded to. All personal papers sent to oldest living sibling who is principle beneficiary. Younger sibling paid excess funeral bill and expense to bring him back to city where death occurred. nothing paid by beneficiary for these expenses. Death occurred in Wisconsin, paperwork sent to Wisconsin from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Re: Insurance/Will

Hire a lawyer to help you with this. If there was a valid will somewhere, it needs to be probated.
