Legal Question in Business Law in Wyoming

I'm not a laywer, For documents can I charge?

I have helped a number of people file for divorce in the state of Wyoming and I have also prepared a number other legal documents. I wanted to know since I'm preparing documents can I charge for this service as long as these people are aware I'm not a laywer. Also if it is possible what other rules do I need to follow or where can I research the answers to these questions? Thank You.

Wyoming has a Committee on the unauthorized practice of law. Contact the Bar Association. They will provide you with the definitions you seek. If you do legal work for pay you run the risk of being charged, so check it out carefully.

I strongly suggest that you refer this question to the Wyoming Bar Association Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. If you get it wrong, it could carry a serious penalty. Bar Association Number (307) 632-9061.
