Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
Pain pills theft
If you are invited into a home and while you are in the home with the owner talking with him you still a bottle of his pain pills(hydrocodone) with out him knowing. Later on after you leave he finds them missing and contacts the police, can you be charged with obtaining controlled substances under false pretenses witch is a Felony or would larceny be a better fit witch is a misdamenor?

Entry into a house with the intent to commit a crime.
