I am representing indiviutals with regard to loan modifications and/or forbearances.
My practice has been about fifty per cent plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
The rest has been a potpourri of general civil litigation. I have represented small and
medium sized businesses, and I have sued small, medium sized and large businesses.
I have, in federal court, successfully attacked and had declared unconstitutional
two local ordinances restricting the use of portable signs. Both of these cases were
upheld on appeal. Dills v. Marietta, 674 F.2d 1377 and Dills v. Cobb County, 755 F.2d
1473.
I have, with varying degrees of success, sued doctors, hospitals, insurance
companies, banks, executors of estates, an automobile manufacturer, builders,
developers, foreign nationals and various governmental agencies.
I successfully attacked a county tax assessment of a subdivision's recreational
property, resulting in lowering the tax bill from about $1,600.00 to $40.00 (forty) per
year. I am currently working with about fifty subdivisions, with an eye toward a class
action suit, which could result in this particular county having to forgive millions of
dollars in tax assessments. |
