DIVORCE SERVICES GROUP was established to bring attorney services and paralegal services together, under one roof, so that you can take advantage of both services as needed. We have restructured the law office to maximize the use of paralegal services for time consuming tasks of document preparation, information gathering and client contact which are often the bulk of the time involved in the divorce process. The attorney is responsible for reviewing and approving all documents to ensure that they are consistent with the highest and best practice.
The attorney is also available to assist the client in evaluating the entire case, developing settlement proposals, deciding upon discovery strategies, whether and when to file pretrial motions, how to approach child custody matters.
Over the years we have handled a wide range of divorce services from the simplest uncontested cases to the most complex high asset cases involving business valuation, commingled estates, out of state holdings and cases involving international and interstate custody disputes.
We offer mediation, arbitration and voluntary settlement meetings as the most effective method for achieving a fair and just result under California law. Attorney supervised settlement is often the answer to reducing the trauma of divorce as well as the overall cost to both parties.
