Defending those charged with DUI, traffic violations and drugs since 1991. I have been practicing law in Gwinnett County since 1989. I live in Gwinnett County, and have volunteered as an officer in the Gwinnett County Bar Association and the Criminal Defense Section of the county's bar association. My practice is 100% criminal defense. Most of my cases are DUI or DUI-related, such as vehicular homicide or serious injury by DUI. The rest of my practice involves cases that start as traffic stops and become drug arrests. Most of my clients are referred to me by other attorneys. I will refer my clients to qualified attorneys in other areas of the law, or in areas of Georgia where I do not go to court often.
