Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

Old DUI Case

I had an old case in Georgia, it was about 11 years ago. I live in Michigan since 1999. I went to get my driver license renewed and they said Georgia has suspened my license. I have payed them back then, how can you come back at me all this time and what more. I have had my drivers license renew twice since then. I have to go to work, I need someone that can help me with this.

Re: Old DUI Case

You can try to deal with the Georgia Department of Driver Services on your own, or hire a Georgia attorney to fight DDS for you. If you still have your receipt from reinstating your license long ago, that would be a great help.
