J. Whitfield Larrabee is a trial lawyer working to hold employers, powerful corporations, and wealthy insurance companies accountable to working men and women. Mr. Larrabee's practice focuses on employment law, wrongful death law, medical malpractice and corporate liability law.
Mr. Larrabee is President of the Wrongful Death Attorney Network, a nationwide network of independent attorneys and law firms that help families to uncover the truth and to demand justice in wrongful death cases. He is available to consult with families who have lost family member due to a defective product, truck accident, automobile accident, childhood accident, fire and
explosion, aviation disaster, premises liability, dangerous drug, nursing home malpractice, toxic exposure, workplace accident or medical malpractice. Mr. Larrabee is the editor of the American Wrongful Death Law Report.
Mr. Larrabee also has extensive experience in the areas of employment law. He has particularly focused on cases involving sex discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. In the area of employment law, he has represented more than 35 women in cases of sex discrimination and sexual harassment. Mr. Larrabee has also successfully pursued several groundbreaking cases in Massachusetts Appellate Courts.
A graduate of the University of Colorado and Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Larrabee has practiced law in the Boston area for 20 years. He is the former President of the Suffolk County Bar Association in Boston.
