While with the American Red Cross, Mr. Medlin focused on responding to regulatory observations, designing regulated procedural improvements, and streamlining workflows to obviate the imposed 1993 Federal Consent Decree. His work achieved several millions of dollars in revenue increases, cost avoidance, and liability reductions. Mr. Medlin�s diverse corporate legal experience includes drafting multi-million dollar contracts, business startup and venture capital proposals, real estate title opinions, and corporate lease inspections. During law school, Mr. Medlin served as the John S. Stone research assistant to Dr. Blake Morant�s article, The Quest for Bargains in an Age of Contractual Formalism: Strategic Initiatives for Small Businesses, while simultaneously authoring, A Business� Guide to Creating Sexual Harassment Policy Under the Ellerth/Faragher Affirmative Defense. Mr. Medlin is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the National Association of Patent Practitioners.
