Good day, Attorney. I have a query that I hope you can assist me with. I am a 13-year-old person with disability (PWD) who follows you on TikTok. I would like to inquire if it is possible for me to file a legal case against my relatives who have been mentioning me on Facebook and saying hurtful things that exacerbate my depression. If it is indeed possible to take legal action against them, what are the appropriate charges that I can file against them?

Yes, you can file case through your guardian only. Being minor you cannot file case in your personal capacity.
