Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
My grand father have a land in rajasthan ,bharatpur district pahari who was alloted by government of india in 1947 . for those people who migrate to india from pakistan its a rehabilitaion land for them people
i have ration card of that land .
my question is can i have any right on this land after 69 years.
he did't sell this land to any body he just left it and come to delhi.
and he is dead now.
