Bank opened a proprietor ship account, proprietor is existing customer of bank . after two to three years a party from other city connected the Bank that the business belongs to them and they are the owners.

The third party has no right to interfere.. The account opening form is signed by this sole proprietor .. If the other person has claim over bank account, he can approach the court of law and seek declaration accordingly.. Just relax, banks have their legal advisers that protect bankers in case of need..
