Legal Question in Banking Law in

Dear sir,

I had availed a construction loan of around 9 lakhs in Union Bank of India.

Since one and a half year, i was unable to pay the bank...due to unavoidable circumstances.

During the Month of November2010, the bank has sent a notice to pay the full amount or else they have to put up the house for sale.

Now I managed to pay all the EMI Dues as of now amounting to1.7 lakhs..

i discussed with the Manager abt this and said that i shall continue to pay the EMI hereafter.

But he is not willing to budge..

I requested him also that If I default , you can take action?

what do i do now..please suggest?

Regards,

Gopal

My friend according to me there is no need to get pannicked. First of all clear your all the out standing EMIs. Then start making the payment of the remaining EMIs regularly.
