Legal Question in Banking Law in India

dear sir/madam,
7 years ago i used a student credit card for 10000 rupees when i was doing my graduation. I have paid some of its for 2 times but after that as i am totally bank craft and jobless i am unable to repay it. Now its 7 years gone. From last 3 months they are calling me. I have told them that after getting job i Will repay you but they are not considering. Now it is 30000 they are asking for settling. Please show of the way till i get the job please.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should negotiate a one till full and final settlement of your credit card dues with the Bank and close the matter.
