Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My father was in govt. service and now he is not alive. My mother is getting pension from central bank. We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters. The amount of pension is Rs. 20000 per month. The complete amount of pension is used by my mother and brother. Can I claim for portion of pension ? My brother is bank manager in govt. gramin bank, while my income is very less. Can I know transactions of bank account of my mother by any legal rule?

are you a minor or a major???pl give me more facts to respond to your question
Dear client,
After the death of the husband, family pension is given to the wife of the pensioner. Since as per law the pension amount cam be utilised for the living of the wife and minor children. I think that you are a major. So you have no right over that pension amount. If your mother gave some amounts to your elder brother it is her discretion, so try to settle the problems with her and be a good son. She will give you some amounts too. If you need any clarification you may call me on 09387714156 any time. Reasonable professional charges apply, payment by a/c tramsfer.).
