I want home loan to build house on my fathers and rip mothers land
We are two brothers named in 7/12 instead of mothers name
Is my property huf and can i get home loan

Yes, you are entitled to avail of a home loan. You may contact a nearest Bank to know the formalities required for a home loan to construct your house.
