Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir i am in public sector bank and i worked in bank on higher capability in probation periods .i worked for some months and due to some region i refused and then i got transfer d despite bike accident injury i got relived from that branch. i joined other branch but due to injury i am on leave from January and payment also stopped because of leave shortage i have all proof against bank capability level circular and i want back to that location not same branch. one thing that I am on seek leave but the rejected and I have all medical proof I submitted to bank also but they refused and in my batch I and my one relative got transfer away from.Karnataka .I thot some plan to haraash me because no bred use to work on higher capability level.
