Dear Sir / Madam,

You do not need to take any hasty decision to resign from the job, especially if you have not committed any violation and if the allegations being framed against you by the Bank are false and frivolous. You should reply to any notice that you receive from the Bank stating your position and the fact that you are not guilty. If you have actually violated any rules and regulations, you should plead guilty and apologize for your misdeeds stating therein that you will never ever falter in future. The punishment meted out to you would depend on the extent and seriousness of the offence only if proved and you are found guilty.

Regards,
