Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am developing a social networking website. It has like comment share fascility similar to facebook, But I have not used any facebook algorithm or code nor did I use exact word ( like comment share ) but I used thumbs up, discuss and spread word instead of facebook )
Am i breaking any law.
What should I do to stay away from Internet law. My idea is little creative but Most of the thing is inspired by facebook ( only features ) but my developed features have different name and so on.
