Legal Question in Business Law in India
We are opening a On demand valet parking service in which we will be taking the vehicle from the person from a spot defined by us and then parking it in a parking lot and returning the vehicle at the time and place he wants us to return his vehicle. I want to know whether we can start this wihout forming a company . What kind of licenses will be required for such kind of startup ?

Parking ticket slots range from Rs. 2 to Rs. 20 in ordinary places and from Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 in VIP (Very Important Person) areas. The concerned local State Government has to be given 50% of the total collections for the day, the other 50% being your earnings.
