Legal Question in Business Law in India

So here's the situation- my father has been running his business for about last 36 years. All this while all the expenses of my uncle and his family were taken care of by my father. After a lot of verbal and physical abuse, the final notri of the batwara was done in March 15. My father has been paying him the due cash in installments since then. The last installment was over 4-5 months back. My uncle keeps coming back and torturing him with his new demands and asking money for all the major losses that my father had made in last 35 years of his business. Can he do that? Can he question the batwara that has already been given notri of?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your uncle has signed the dissolution deed and he has agreed to all the terms and conditions of the partnership closure, he has no locus standi to come and harass your father again on again on some frivolous pretext. You should ask him to stop harassing your father else tell him that you will straightaway lodge a Police complaint against him for harassment and mental torture.

Regards.
