Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

assalam o alaikum,sir i have got useful answers from u .for this im so thankful.sir my brother in law(he is a lawyer)has made our life miserable as he uses to send us fake notices every other day once he made a FIR based on lies against my husband.and took money from us to settle down the dispute.we became fed up from all this.it seems that a fair person is totally helpless in this country. actually he can not watch us to flourish and he also does not want us to get our share in fathers property.even we are ready to give up our right for the sake of peaceful life because we can,t get more than our luck,written by Allah.sir plz tell if there is any way to keep our self safe in advance from his new cruel attack.can we record our complaints to the police that we are innocent.or we should go to the court .plz guide me about the procedure in short .
