Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear sir, i was appointed one advocate in two side of my case that is session court for revision 156(3), high court for civil case same litigation and also one another advocate fix for mm court for maintainability of complaint under section 200.

the first advocate who fight two case could not appear at the court time and i was suffering for that opposite advocate taken date without any arguments and mm advocate could not do any thing because we fight in the session court . so kindly give me suggestion that can i was appointed another extra advocate for session court and high court if the old advocate could not present at the time of date then extra advocate do arguments and show our genuineness to court that we are victim and court could not give the grant rift in the law of adjournment or date to date ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

One Advocate can represent one client. If you are dissatisfied with the service of the present Advocate, you should immediately replace him / her with another Advocate to represent your case in the Court.
