Sir

If the girls parents are forcing and restrainer her to meet u or be with you, then you can file a heabus corpus petition in high court of gujarat at Ahmedabad , directing police to bring the girl before the court and then girl statement will be taken as to whether she wnat to live wiht u or her parents... if the girls says she want to live wiht u then court will send the girl to u and if the girl say she want to live with parents then she will be send to her parents home.
