Please Define Leagal section 2013(1) CTC 318. And also give example for which one is cover in this law??

Dear Sir / Madam,
You have mentioned a Section without mentioning whether you are referring to the Indian Penal Code or some other Act. In common parlance, CTC refers to salary and means cost to company.
Query incomplete ... please re-post query with complete detail of Section No and the Name of the Act for further advice and guidance.
