Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am employed in Reliance at Surat, my home town is in Jharkhand.
My father has two wives, we are 3 brothers from younger mummy. From elder mummy one son(eldest among all, shibu) and 3 daughters are there.
Nowadays issues are going on at home regarding division and all.
Main problem is the eldest son from elder mummy is filing so many false cases and in all those cases he is giving my name also, putting me also in all those allegations.
I dont stay there, i visit home hardly once in a year but still he is trying to put me behind bar.
I am not able to understand what to do. As i am working far from home so i cant go home again and again to present in front of court.
Kindly guide as they are feeding money to police to file false case against me.
Can anything be done from my current location Surat.
I am very panic.

If you want to stay out of the problem, send a letter to the family and your brother. That you don't want any part of the property.

If you want to fight then go to your home town and hire a lawyer, so that he can defend you in the cases.
