Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am from a muslim

family.Telangana.My grandfather

expired 22 years back. My grandfather

got 3 sons & 4 daughters and my grand mother is alive.There is a

commercial complex .on

my grandfather's name & he has

not written any will. I am the son of

my grandfather's first son. now one of my fathers brother is troubling and torturing other share holders to sell the property but others don't want to sell. now my grand mother want to give power of attorney to me so that the complex will be saved. so is it legally possible so that other share holders will not have any right on the property and the building is not having the registration so can we get the registration on my grand mothers name plz help me out

you have to received power of attorney with legal heirs
