Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
My husband has filed an RCr but none of the 15 points he has mentioned in the RCR plea are tru, he has made charges against me that i have refused to live with him, living seperatly from him for past 4 years and have taken all jewellery and cash with me before leaving his house. However all these allegations are totally incorrect, Infact my husband left home 4 months back stating that he wants to give me divorce, also he took with him all my jewellry, cash, my laptop and my car which was given to me by my mother in my marriage and is in my name. He has also mentioned in RCr that our marriage was a simple function and neither they demanded anything and nor we gave them any dowry. However i have proofs that my mother has spent around 20 lakhs in my marriage, gave a grand marriage party and has gevn all furniture, household things, electronics nad lots of gold to me and my inlaws. infact she also gave 64000 for our honeymoon package and moreover all this was demanded by my husband's side directly/ indirectly. They had threatened my mother taht if we will not meet their demand, they will call off the marriage and thats why because of sociaty's fear and not having any stigma on me , my mother agreed to all their demands. Pls advice what shall be my next step to counter act the RCR filed by my husband.
