Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Its a MAHADA ALLOTTED room on my father name , we are two brother and one sister who is married , I am not staying with my family for last couple of mths , can I claim for the property, as father is on my brother side , hand over all property to my brother , as he is financial not so good.

1) For MHADA allotment in ur fathers name, he is the absolute owner.
2) He can transfer in ur brothers name.
