Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Our Organization approved a policy which state that those who were appointed on contract basis and Regularize later on, there promotion will be consider from the date of first joining not from the date of regularization.

These employees were junior to me in grade but now have become seniors after implementation of this policy which has dishearten me.

My query is that can I claim promotion at any legal forum on fundamental right basis?

I have been reinstated as per Sacked Employees (Reinstatement) Act 2010.
