Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I was a plaintiff filed a suit for partition in ancestral property. During the course of the suit one of the defendant has sold the property to a party who had vested interest in the property. The property has been sold based on a will which was not produced to the court till the sale of the property and subsequently after submission of the will the parties entered into a Compromise & the same was decreed to that effect. During the course of compromise even though my share in the property was to enjoy the super built up area in the first floor all the parties had agreed and signed that we should not be deprived of a undivided share in the land area in ground floor. Now the vested party who has bought the property of ground floor as per will while the suit was pending claims that he is the sole owner of the entire ground floor. Please guide me & suggest if i would be a looser in the undivided share in the property along with enjoying a built area in first floor.
