Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i had purchased a plot and done saledeed in 1965,but unfotunatly fogot to enter my name in 7/12 due to some resons. now somebody else had entered his name in 7/12 before 1 year, please suggest me how can i come out from such problems?

You should lodge a written complaint with the Tehsildar / District Registrar and get the 7/12 duly amended in your name.
