Sir My father and mother was died We are THREE brothers and ONE sister My ONE brother was died in the life of my father Now we are TWO brothers ONE sister ONE widow and TWO daughters of my died brother Plz tell us that how much my died brother widow and her daughters rite in our property

as per Pakistan's current law, no share for your nieces and widow. But according to Hanfi law, their share would be equal to the share of one brother.

the brothr died in his father life time acording to sharia they hev share.
but in light if muslim family laws they will inharit from their G father without the widow.
