Sir i got a order from high court for preliminary decree.den filed to get final decree filed in civil ..after hearing on commisioners report wat is the next step ..the other party dis not file objections ..and three are exparte...temme wat is the nest step wat the best i can do

Dear Client,

In the lines of the commission report the court will pass final decree and call for the Non Judicial Stamp paper and required to file with in stipulated time. After getting back the NJS final decree dulywrtten and signed by Judge. file an EP application for delivery andthe Ameen of the court will deliver the property and up on receipt of the properties the parties shall report that they got the property and the court will close the EP.
