Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello sir,im from hyderabad.i have purchased land in the year 1990 from pattedar of 0.33acres through GPAregistered.i have paid entire amount to pattedar.without my knowledge or any intimation he has cancelled the GPAin the year 1992.before cancellation of the GPA the property purchased from pattedar was been transferred by the GPA holder through simple sale deed indian stamp paper Rs3.this sale deed is been impounded in the year 2013..my question is can the person who has purchased the land through impounded sale deed the owner of the properry or is there any step to prove the possession and ownership rights on the property.
