whether "the street vendor ( protection of livilihood and regulation of street vending) act 2014 , is in force in the nct of delhi ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the Act is in force, but the street vendor has to obtain a valid vending license from the Delhi Municipal Corporation to sell his . her wares on the street.
