Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I'm suji, i got married but no kids and my brother also got he is having one kid. Four months back my father was expired, before his death he transfer his own property to my mother for thanam/ git deed. In that gift deed document my mother said, i'm having full rights no one get partition in my share only if i want to give some amount to you and your brother but no body is allowed for partition. My husband is not earning person, i'm only earning person i can't able to live rent/ lease. So , i asked my mother to give me partition in my father house because that my father's own & self earning. Pls give me a reply Sir?

Depends on ur mothers wish. If she doesnt, nothing can be done.
